Balsam Place - Tewksbury, MA

Balsam Place is a luxury apartment community designed to accomodate an active, upscale lifestyle. Thoughtfully designed, the spacious homes complement the unique natural beauty of the surroundings. The community features a clubhouse, fitness center, yogo studio, pool and a dog park.  

Partnering with Equity Alliance LLC, we were invited to design and install a sign program that enhanced the neighborhood and interior spaces. Our objective was to create signage that was affordable yet looked high-end,  mimicked the architectural building features and kept the integrity of the brand. Taking cues from the existing main identification sign, building materials and brand elements, we developed a theme utilizing diamond accents, oval shapes and an earthy color palette.
